Cape Town artist Paula Dubois embarked on a lifelong quest for God and Beauty in everyday life. Inspired by devoted art educators at Pro Arte High School and the University of Pretoria, she learned to convey God’s love through art. After earning her BA (BK) Information Design degree, Paula engaged in four years of cross-cultural missions with Youth with a Mission. Transitioning to print media-design in 1999, she excelled as a graphic designer and illustrator at titles like House & Garden and Sarie. Now freelancing in the magazine industry, Paula embraces new challenges as a fine artist. Recent asemic writing workshops have led her to explore unconventional mediums, injecting a thrilling spontaneity into her work. Residing in Oranjezicht with her son, Sebastien, the proximity to mountains and sea perpetually fuels her creativity.
